The first time I saw my THR x-ray I nearly passed out. I knew it was there but nothing could have prepared me for seeing foreign parts where my own body used to be. I've seen it twice since my 3 week post op last year - and I don't think I'll ever get used to it.

I know what you mean Kris - it took a few days to want to look at it which is weird but once I saw it, it wasn't as bad as I expected !
